Spiced Apple & Strawberry Oatmeal

Apple, Pear, Strawberry, Oats, Coconut Milk, Chia, Cinnamon ... and nothing else. 

This 400g packet contains individually frozen cubes, making a total of 4 portions. To heat:

Method 1: Place 4 - 5 cubes in a microwave safe bowl, and heat in 20 second increments until melted. 

Method 2: Place 4 - 5 cubes in a saucepan and cook over low-medium heat until melted. 

Stir the puree thoroughly to ensure even heat distribution and eliminate hotspots.

If the puree is thick, you can add some water to thin it out.

Always check the food temperature before feeding your baby.

Store any leftover thawed puree in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. 

This chunky puree can be enjoyed by itself, or served with a side of berries and fruits. Also, this can enjoyed with a side of greek yogurt for an extra boost of protein.
